It is mandatory to fill the Maternal Serum Screen requisition form (Form 11). The test is valid between 9-13 weeks gestation, with an ideal time of 10-13 weeks.
Report Delivery
The sample should be provided from Monday through Saturday by 9 am. The report will be delivered on the same day.
